Swaffham Care Worker Wins £1000 in the Hales Heroes Draw

20 February | By

Dawn Tapson, a care assistant from Swaffham, wins £1000 in the Hales Heroes monthly draw.

Hales Deputy Manager Donna Nally commented: “Dawn was over the moon. She has never won anything in her life. The prize money will help her so much especially during the cost-of-living crisis.”

Dawn started working for Hales in Swaffham in March 2020 and never looked back since.

“I have always wanted to be a care worker. The hours offered to me means I can do evenings and still look after my children”, Dawn commented.

She continued: “I have a great relationship with all our service users and colleagues alike. Hales Swaffham has been very supportive of me and any time I may need a day off work.”

The Hales Heroes monthly draw is just one of the ways we show appreciation for our exceptional care staff. It is through the tireless efforts of all our team members that we can make a positive impact on the lives of those in our care.
